I’ve got a tiny repair job. Can you do it for me?

I love doing tiny repair jobs, if it allows you to wear a favourite garment again, that is even better. A bit of stitching has come away, you have a tiny tear in a garment or a button has fallen off, whatever it is, I will be able to help you.

I have been sewing a lot for over 15 years so while I am able to alter all manner of garments for all sorts of people, I can also repair all your clothing, no matter how small and simple. I love to keep garments going and to keep things out of landfill and often a repair is quite easy and cheap to do.

I do have a minimum fee that I charge and sometimes really simple repairs will be under this amount so I recommend you have a look through your wardrobes for other garments that are in need of attention before you come in.

I do run beginner sewing classes, Not Sew Scary, so if you would like to learn your way around a sewing machine and undertake your own repairs then book a ticket. I also have machines and equipment available here as the Community Sewing Room so just sit down and hack away at it yourself!
